Facilitated ACC’s collaboration with auditing agency V-Shesh for ensuring compliance with Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act of 2016. Our Gurugram office now has infrastructure upgrades for enhanced accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

Volunteering

Partnering with LVPEI Able@ team volunteered for the Voice Lending Program to create ebooks for the visually impaired by devoting 115 volunteer hours. BizTech India and Able@ concluded the first successful pilot followed by Community Support and Hosting. Finance & Prod Engineering also came forward to contribute to this cause.

Hosted skill development workshops in partnership with V-Shesh to help job seekers with disabilities build their resumes, linkedin profiles, and understand the concept of professional branding. They were also equipped to give interviews with poise and confidence and enhance their job prospects.Over 15 volunteer hours were committed for this. The Finance team will also, very soon, help conduct sessions on ‘Personal Finance’ and ‘Careers in Finance’ for this audience.

Laptop Donation

Donated 40 laptops for supporting the digital literacy program run by Enable India(NGO) These laptops will aid training sessions for people with vision impairment. By bridging the digital divide, we are helping them overcome barriers and participate more fully in society and empower them to thrive in this digital era.

Special mention for Shambhu and his team from Airsupport as well as Rachita Murali and Esha Bhaduri from the Legal team for their relentless support to ensure the success of this initiative.
